eto mg content: Vit C 200mg/cap twice a day which is 333% of a USRDA Vit E 60iu twice a day which is 200% of the USRDA (so its 100% more than the dosage for sedentary individuals)
I'd up the Vit C to a gram or two to aid recovery... Vit E, I don't really know, I just take whatever that's included with the multi provides... Impt lang sakin Vit C, B (6 and 12)

I've never had an L-glutamine supplement before. Well, aside from CGT-10 whom theveed recommended. Pero CGT-10 contains only 3grams of Glutamine. Sa AST, an additional of 10grams per day ang madaragdag.
Vitamin E, I only use this supplement kapag umu-uwi ako ng Pinas, Korgivit-E! Pero ngayon magiging religious ang pag supplement ko nito.

A tip for you vitamin E lovers, just buy the brand kirkland. They are cheaper and it passed the US standards. ( and its 400I.U. per soft gel)
Vitamin B complex are good vitamins but some individuals will get pimples while using it.
Be also careful not to exceed the oil vitamins, they are Vitamin A, D, E & K. Too much of this vitamins................................well search the internet to know more.
800iu pala tinatake ko... gaganda yun skin pero hindi mawawala yun dating pimples... gagawin ko na lang isang softgel para 400iu... nagiging yellow na ihi ko eh...
800iu ng Vitamin C van_wilder? yun ngang 200iu sa AM and 200iu sa PM na Vit C ko madilaw na ihi ko. Less ang Vit E sa multivitamin ko kaya separate capsule na lang iinumin ko.

I never thought supplements actually works, kaya itong bago kong supps na napili na baka beneficial sakin:

CGT-10 = Creatine with Glutamine and Taurine Whey = need a I say more? Multivitamin = all other vitamins

That's next to impossible. Read about what whey is, if you get pimples from that, you SHOULD get pimples drinking milk, eating cheese coz that's where it came from and nothing more. In addition, if whey causes acne, all babies will have acne since baby formulas are made of whey.
Aminos, impossible as well, their building blocks of protein, most of them are present in your body whether you like it or not...
Creatine no history (over 70 years of research) have pointed any relation to acne from Creatine use. Again, if you get acne while eating a lot of beef, then maybe you're allergic to red meat. Creatine is abundant in red meat, although it degrades rapidly upon cooking.
tama si theveed. kasi baka sa workout mo, dahil pinapawisan ka na ngayon... tapos hindi mo nahuhugasan ng mabuti yun likod mo dahil lumaki ka... pwede rin dahil kulang sa cardio, hindi lumalabas toxins mo...
is it ok na whey protein lang and intake ko na supplement? kasi sa mga nabasa kong posts medyo madaming intake ang mga sirs d2 (whey, creatine, dextrose etc).
Mababalewala ba ang pag inom ng whey if hindi sinamahan ng ibang supplements?
