Pag loading pre, split the consumption to 4-5 servings, sobrang tindi epekto sa tyan kung madaming quantitiy sa isang serving... I learned the hard way hehe.

Medyo balik muna tayo sa whey,naging point of discussion kasi namin sa gym kung gaano katagal gamitin ito.Others say kailangan sina-cycle din ito like creatine,bad for the kidney daw.Iba naman ok lang tuloy tuloy,what's the real score?Help.

Nadiscuss na po sa protein threads.

If whey needs to be cycled, then you better not eat chicken, fish, beef, etc everyday as well since it contains the same amount of protein if you eat enough of it. It's totally unnecessary and fallacious.

Whey is simply a protein source, PERIOD... it's not a wonder drug, it's not a weird scientific chemical.

If whey needs to be cycled, YARI ANG ANAK KO and all the infants since ALL infant formulas are made of whey not dairy.

I don't understand how people's point of view changes about something basic just because it is branded differently hehe...

Malto and dex are natural food sources as well.

Pag may kanin ang ON o GNC siguro kailangan nadin icycle hehe.

question on daily supplements

i take calcium, vit C and E in the morning after breakfast everyday...

in workout days, would it be "more" beneficial if i take C and E postworkout pa?

I take 1 scoop whey upon waking up with 5 grams Glutamine, 1 scoop whey preworkout, 2 scoops whey postworkout with 5 grams glutamine and 5 grams creatine, 5 grams glutamine with milk before lights out. Multivit in the AM or before workout (when I forget to take in the AM). Im planning to start with THERMOGAIN and PUMP TECH (both from Muscletech) in preparation for a contest this July here in the US. Good thing is that it's an "All Natural" contest, and drug testing is required....and yes, THEVEED is right. You dont need to cycle whey. It's considered as "food", so u can take it w/o cycling it. Mabuhay!

So aside sa multivitamin ko, kailangan pa ng C and E tabs separately? Or pede na ang multivitamin ko? Look at Vit E, 200% one cap pa lang. Then yun Vit C, 333% one cap lang. I take this vitamin day and night with one cap each dosage.
