true, yung supersets, point of failures, right stretching before & after workout and dieting yun ang natutunan ko sa cybergenics. lumakas din talaga ako nun. 260 to 280 bench ko depende sa mood after nung ma complete ko yung program. (those were the days, today, wala na, laos na, 200 lang max-out na.) pero na "cut" ako but not so defined. (hinahanap ko nga pics para mai-post. grabe,lakas ng loob!) and parang irritable ako parati nun. tas, ang torture dun tubig mo puro lukewarm kahit exhausted & thirsty ka na. pati sweets - no,no talaga. doon ko nga na straight ng 3 years hindi ako uminom ng coke. nasanay kasi. minumumog ko lang pag may ocassions to satisfy the palatte/tastebuds. (although allowed ka na for 1 week to eat anything you want after each program.)
on the other side one thing natutunan ko: magastos sayang lang kung hindi pang competition goal mo. but then again, nothing can stop man's curiosity.

I'm not yet adjusted with it.. and most of the time tinatamad ako... any suggestions? i really wanted to do this... I believe this is really a Good investment... lam nyo yun... Health was something i took for granted back then.
