when time permits..i'll start again. slimmers pasay road after 7pm onwards will be my sched. (less people). but my goal is not to be big, but be fit :)

Ako pala sa Slimmers.Very convenient.Tapat lang ng office ko.Try to workout at least 4 times a week,kung minsan 5 times.Before lunch start na ako till around 2pm.
i should have worked out today...pero my head was so painful due to so much stress coz of sh*tloads of tests, papers, projects, presentations and reportings all in one week! dapat magbubuhat ako ng 5pm, i arrived home around 3:40 today and decided to sleep, i set the alarm at 5 but i woke up at 6! hayyyy frustration...
takot lang ako sumakit yung katawan ko the way my body hurt the first time ever i went to the gym...ayoko yun! and dapat bobomba lang ako today...full body with concentration on back and legs...in short, back-legs and the rest, pitik lang...
sometimes i feel obsessed with working out...or parang ibang attitude na pinapakita ko na kahit may sakit ako or something, gusto ko pa rin mag-buhat...kahit once to twice a week lang ( na dapat 3x)...is this just normal?
I workout in the afternoon, usually about 5:30pm. I do a 45-minute workout, then go home. Magkano na nga pala ang Gold's dyan sa Pilipinas? The last time I was in Makati (about 2years ago) it was P5,700++ first 3 months.
