nakita ko sa bb.com and a friend told me about this. So I joined, hope I'm welcome? Mas masarap makipagusap sa kababayan heh he. I workout sa bahay freeweights, occasionally sa gym sa office or sa QC for calves. I workout every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
hi. newbie here. near our place there's a "primitive" gym (freeweights and a few machines) and i have a bench equipt sa bahay. solve na. MWF noon pero ngayon pag may free time.

maganda sana kung may program hindi lang basta basta buhat... para may progress, eat the right kind of foods, get enough sleep, and of course SUPPLEMENTS! hehehehe joke lang yun sa supplements... basta yun three ang make sure mo... workout program, diet, sleep/rest...
hayyy...almost 1 month na ko walang gym...pathetic me...tsk tsk tsk...hirap ng graveyard shift pagdating mo sa bahay tulog lang nasa isip mo...pero i'll go back! takot ko lang kasi sasakit na naman katawan ko parang d 1st ever time i lifted weights....yoko nun...hayy...kailangan na tlga...pumapayat na naman ako...and i have weakened! gotta pump gotta pump!!!
okay lang yan minic... mayaman ka nanaman eh... hindi mo na kailangan ng workout... tingnan mo sa embassy kung sino yun mataba at pangit yun ang may hottest chick... a model friend of mine said "the hottest girl would always be with fugliest guy..."

thanks sir VW, may program naman ako & right diet, problem ko lang rest coz sa nature ng work & family man (ibang sarap kasi ito) na ko. supplements, my bro sends me kapag humihingi ako sa kanya. mas mura sa labas eh.

thanks sir VW, i feel flattered pero pinapatawa mo ako...malayo pa ako sa katawan ni prez theveed, nakita ko nga sya sa BigBert's nanliit ako. nahiya ang katawan ko in comparison. he will remain an idol na lang sa akin. grabe din program niya...pamatay di ko kaya yun. he's on a different level (higher!!!) talaga.
i tried twice the 60 dayscybergenics program before, (again, laos na yun, baka nga hoax pa nga. costing me 6T plus each noon.) medyo matindi rin program nun pero mas grabe talaga in comparison kay prez theveed as i was reading his logbook.
gyms ko noon, Lepalem gym, Legazpi gym at yung isa sa likod ng Broadway all in San Juan. puro lowly gyms lang.

skinybutbeefy: I tried Cybergenics before I honestly think their programs are great, had great gains with the beginner kit before... :D dun ako natuto sa mga supersets, shocks etc...
