I just started to workout just a few days ago. I've been lurking around here for a while and I'm glad that I am learning from you guys as I read along.
Well just like I said, I just started to go to the gym about 4 days ago. Sobra kaba ko talaga nung una since i don't know what to do or what to say pero may nag a-assist na sa akin ngayun. And I was a bit overwhelmed by the big guys working out there. Pero at the same time, naging inspired din ako and I made made my goal to be like them (like you guys )
I am 26 yrs old and just a short guy like about 5'3 to 5'4 and wheighs about 120lbs
Err question ko lang po... is there such a thing like a "Spiderman" like body? if there is, that is my goal 1 year from now. Or if i could do it a bit faster, I would pero di naman po ako nag mamadali.
another question ko po is. Is it ok to go to the gym everyday? kasi po ganun ang ginagawa ko. I spend 2 hours there every night after working hours and works out on one or two muscle groups per day.

Is it ok to go to the gym everyday? -No problem I spend 2 hours there every night after working hours and works out on one or two muscle groups per day. -Less than an hour is the most effective. Muscles dont grow or develop pag lampas ka na ng 1 hour.
