1 scoop of ON whey protein = 24g= 1 serving?

mga bosing magtatanong lang po kung ung isang scoop ba ng ON whey protein eh un din po ba ang tinatawag na 1 serving na equivalent sa 24g of protein?

kung 2-3 scoops ang inilalagay ko sa 1 litre ng tubig hindi po ba sobra sobra to? at may masama po bang epekto ang sobra sa protein?
