patulong nman po kung ano ang first thing to drink or supplement na gamitin pagnagwowork out... saka pede bang uminom ng whey kahit di ka nagwoworkout?? tnx po..22 plang ako..payatot pa..gano ba katagal bago lumaki ung katawan?? tnx po ng marami...

before workout. solid foods ang the best. whey is a protein supplement, so yes. di lang sya for fitness enthnusiasts. depende sa effort @ genes ang paglaki nang katawan. just be consistent with your chosen training program.

depende sa program mo kung nasa mass gainning ka ok yan. pero kung nag papapayat ka i prefer ibang carbs.
