Hows the taste? so far ive tried these:


Chocolate: pretty ok taste
Strawberry: Yuck
Rocky Road: the best so far (but nakakasawa)

how about the vanilla and cookies and cream????

kaibigan ko dati sabi ang sama ng lasa ng mga protein shake, yung chocolate daw parang dinurog na carton na may asukal at tubing. Nung sinabi ko sa kanya na yun ang mag papalaki sa kanya biglang sabi nya "masarap pala ang mga protein shake"!. HEHEHEHEHEH!


Seriously, sa lahat ng mga protein suppliment na nainom ko masarap ang ON.

you guys better try MRM's choco, vanilla, or STRAWBERRY BANANA... read the reviews... much better than optimum, tapos natural sugars and less carbs...
