hi, i dont know a lot about supplements and i just get what is the more famous brands/types of supplements. Anyway, im medium built (thin pa nga was sabi ng iba) but my problem is i have fats in the midsection (abs). My goal is to have lean muscles and of course, wana get those abs. I go to the gym 4-5 times a day and Im becoming impatient on the results thats why i got supplements.
My supplement is: Optimum Whey and one capsule of Ripped Fuel when i wake up, then after workout one glass of optimum whey again and another capsule of ripped fuel. Then, before i sleep, one glass of optimum whey again.
Is this a good combination? I noticed that these supplements are relatively cheaper than the others.... Im not too sure though...
there's no way to spot reduce that midsection.. well other than going to a plastic surgeon. biggrin: going to the gym 4-5 x a day??? overtraining po yun. how long have you been training?
patience together with a clean diet, and a hardcore workout ang katapat nang subborn fats. i've been working out for more than a year now. and i can still pinch abt 3 inches of subcutaneous fat on my midsection. read somewhere that 65% of bodybuilding is DIET.
Optimum Whey is a good source of high quality protein. but you have to manage it's intake alongside your diet. @ night, try drinking skimmed milk(casein+whey protein source) instead. do this abt 1hr b4 going to bed.
hardcore workout? that means extra effort on my workout?which means creatine to boost my energy level during workout? and really tire myself out?
anyway, i consulted a trainer and he said that you can go to the gym even everyday as long as you target a muscle area for a training day and the other for the next training day.
so based from my current supplementation it seems that i am taking too much protein?
