Guys theres a debate about this na masama ba maligo after working out? some say okey lang as long na sandali lang let say mga 10 mins(the faster the better) yung iba naman masama daw punas-punas lang dapat. what do you think?

immediately? i dunno. i take one after 1hr, usually pag tapos na kong uminom nang pwo shake. ang alam ko bukas ang pores nang balat during and after exercise.

i ask my PT teacher about this and he said na wala naman daw big deal yun. it doesn't matter kung maliligo ka right away or an hour after. in medical terms there is no such word as pasma.
mga dudes,, masama un, there myt be not med tynn as pasma, but for sure,, may spasms.. tama ung point ng pt mo.. pero depende rin sa situation.. before, i even tried elorde style 3 tabo ng tubig after workout, its a good habit at first, kse prang batak na batak ka,, kala mo nka fit shirt ka, pero after a while, nagbuibuild up kya nagkakaspasms, kaya nanginginig ka,, ok lang din tlga maligo kung ok ung cooldown method mo, 10 mins slow bike cardio is fair enough. ;) and wag malamig na water, masama rin ang tutok na fan after workout or shower. ;)

How about palsy? Stallone also suffered from Bell's? It was probably during his bulkying up that it occured. Or I maybe wrong.
This is also my concern. I asked a PT (personal trainer) and according to him, mas masama pag nagpahinga ka tapos ka magsha-shower. Better take a shower after cooling down daw.

baka pag cold shower.. ksi our muscles tend to contract pag malamig. theory ko lang.
