1.) Guys alam ko na masama mag smoke kung umaattend ka ng mga session mo sa gym . gusto ko lang malaman paano ito nakakasama? i mean anong parts ng body ang nagsusuffer? heart and lungs? ano paba?
2.) Nag Smoke ako mga 2 weeks and i am planning to go back in gym to start a healthy life ulit tanung ko lang mga ilang days ba ang hahayaan kong lumipas para pwede na ako makapag-gym? or pwede na ako mag gym basta wag na akong mag smoke?

thanks... there is a column said that every draw a cigar it lessen the 10 years of life expectansy but what i know is it lessen the 4 minutes of your life while having sex will add 15 minutes of your llife expectancy thats why they said sex and smoke is better combination.

haha,, deyn dude,, coke adds life. ;) u can smoke and do weights, only thing is, u lose endurance, which eventually diverts ur focus and down ur motivation, if u r able to tweak ur motivation,, then ur good to go. ;)
