this is common to the old folks. pero may mga matatanda naman na hindi lumalawlaw yung katawan nila paano kaya nila nagagaw iyon? and ano ba ang cause ng saggy or lawlaw na katawan. TIA

just keep working-out to keep the muscles tight and firm. aside from the belly (flabs) and neck (double chin), try to bulk up those areas where your skin is sagging.. like the triceps & pecs.
