Glutamine product comparisons

Just wanna share my experiences with each product. I've only used 3 unflavored Glutamine products so far.

They were:

GNC L-Glutamine
- first time i took it i said to myself "hmm.. could this be what chalk tastes like?" Using this product did help me recuperate more. Less DOMS were felt after a week of supplementing. I easliy gobbled a teaspoonful of this product without washing it down with water. madaling lunukin, lalo na kung malakas kang mag produce nang laway.

EAS L-glutamine
- "erk.. orig ba itong nabili ko, bakit lasang harina?" Now EAS is one of the "known" brands in the BB supplement arena. So i was expecting a more finer texture and taste. This was not at all as effective as GNC's. I had to double the serving size for this product to kick-in. ayun naubos kaagad. oh well.

Met-Rx NOS
- "pwe!" I bought this cause I was using Met-rx creat and whey, so i figured why not take met-rx glutamine nos. the big mistake in this product is the taste. ampaet! kaya pla ang sabi sa label mix with your favorite beverage, eh ampaet. the product contains arginine, so kaya siguro mapaet?!? Effective sya.. Kaya lang mapaet. ambilis mawala nang DOMS ko, kahit di ako nakapag stretch & warmup b4 my workout. And did i mention na mapaet sya?

I'm not endorsing any of these products. Hopefully, this will give a heads-up to our brothers and sisters out there.
