I'm new to body building and I have a question about egg whites. I read somewhere in this forum that someone eats a dozen egg whites every time he works out.
I want to ask, is that safe? What exactly do we get from egg whites? What's in it? What does it do for our body? And, again, is it safe to eat too many?
