Newbie here!


Hello there everyone

I'm John and I'm 16.

My parents always said that I was already thin and that there was no need to work out and maintain a diet. But I didn't listen to them, and no I know I'm not anorexic. I started working out last month with a weight of 126lbs and to this day I've lost 10 pounds.

I know that my weight is going to the underweight scale, but I'll get my weight up through weight-lifting later on.

Anyways... Hello!
