IronHead, yung lat pulldown mo wide grip? lupit nang mga buhat mo. dami mo sigurong plates na isosoli pagkatapos nang 800lbs leg press. hehe

Sigurado hehe, yung 485lbs ko nga lang sangdamakmak na na 20kg plates :P labo kasi baket walang 45kg plate sa FF...

As of now, I can't imagine myself pushing 800lbs yet hehe... working my way to 500 first :P

Lat pulldown is wide Grip.


Yung pagsoli nga minsan sumasakit ang lower back ko e. (Imagine, that's 16 pcs of 25Kg plates)


I only train once a day and I only work out 30-45 minutes only. After work out i do cardio for 10-15mins.

i stopped goin online for a while but i have gained great result with my cycle.


Before:


16 percent BF at 180lbs


After:


8 percent bodyfat at 195 lbs
