Lat pulldown is wide Grip.
Yung pagsoli nga minsan sumasakit ang lower back ko e. (Imagine, that's 16 pcs of 25Kg plates)
I only train once a day and I only work out 30-45 minutes only. After work out i do cardio for 10-15mins.
