Hi, im new here and was wondering if i could get some advice from advanced BB's. I have been going to the gym for more than a year now and i have gained some improvements over the months. But what im really targeting is a more defined biceps/triceps. yung kahit di bumubuhat, may muscle tignan. i really dont want big bulky ones, yung may cuts lang po and medyo bilog. im going to the gym po kasi to improve my bodies figure and im not into palakihan ng katawan. yun pong tinatawag nilang "sexy na katawan ng lalaki".
Advice naman po kung panu gagawin ko sa biceps and triceps ko and also my abs??? exercise, diets, or any supplements po na mai-aadvice nyo. kasi over the months parang hindi ko pa din po nakukuha yung target ko. i go to the gym 3 times a week. tnx po sa mag aadvice.
