Well, lahat naman tayo we have favorite parts to workout either because we simply love the achievements we have obtained from them or coz they're lagging parts...
but after all, what body part is your "best asset" that you're really proud to have achieved through constant training?
Hmm... never thought of that... My (own subjective bias) best part seems to be the parts that I'm genetically blessed with that I don't train much, which is quads/hams and biceps... The rest, I need to blast them to oblivion to be even be considered as "adequate" for me hehe.

mine would be shoulders...
kahapon when i was working my shoulders out, mga 3 people asked me how i got my delts to be like this and shempre pati yung V-cut...tinuruan ko sila...m not bragging...but, pinag-hirapan ko to so i would never be selfish when it comes to teaching them...para mabago/maiba yung mga misconceptions pagdating sa bodybuilding.
