Technically speaking, overtraining occurs when you dont allow ample time for your muscles to recuperate before the next workout...
It's not really dependent directly on how many sets/reps you perform in one workout.
Honestly, it's not that easy to recommend volume since it highly depends on the ratio of your muscle fiber type and what kind of exercises, speed, volume and weight combo recruits more muscle hypertrophy/hyperplasia for your body type.
ironhead: gaano katagal ang interval nang 30-45min per 2x a day cardio? one in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening? do you perform the same cardio exercise or you mix it up?

Cardio 1 in the morning
cardio 2 is in the evening around 6 or 7 pm.
I mix the cardio exercise, but during rainy season I do my cardio at home using a treadmill (Precor model M9.33)
