dude, you are right when you said that pullovers are for the lats, but doing this exercise is for chest expansion din...and breathing is very very important. i've had great benefits from this exercise....kumalat yung laman ng pecs ko especially sa gitna where the "cleavage" is located....dati kasi papasok pecs ko...ngayon umaangat na ng konti yung inner middle part.

Yeah, pero sobrang konti ang tinatamaan ng pullover para sa chest, why not do chest exercise na lang diba? And about your chest, it developed not because of the pullover, dahil yan sa mga presses na mga ginagawa mo.
