Ave Watts: 100watts
THR 80%: 155BPM
15mins + 2 min warmup/cooldown

(surprised I was able to sustain this hehe)

Rest 10 mins.

Abs: Incline situps with plate (10kg) 2 sets of 8-10 *Damn, I suck at this)
Hanging leg raises: 3 sets of 15

Another blow to my workout...

Been having chest pains, kala ko may heart problem ako, nagpacheck sa doc ok naman daw, normal but the pain might be muscle/skeletal, hinay daw muna sa pagbuhat habang inoobserbahan...

Sapilitan mag cardio bwiset... hehe

scrap na yung idea ko mag gym sa 6am like before, inuunahan na ako ng gising ng anak ko hehe di na makatakas...

lunch nalang ang option bad trip...

for now, puros pushups lang sa house... start na ako this weekend ulit sa cardio.
